Tamarind fruit can be brewed with mineral water to lowering fever. First prepare around 30 grams of tamarind fruit in a glass. Compress
People often compress their body when they got fever. But do you ever use tamarind to compress your body? Tamarind suggested to use in pasta form. Mix tamarind pasta with little water to make them wet, then put it to the towel or cotton cloth. Compress the cloth to your forehead or armpit to the patients with fever for 10-20 minutes.
